Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before booking.
Customer cancellations
- 7 days or more before the tour: Free
- 6–2 days before the tour: 30% of the tour fee
- The day before: 50%
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100%
Please note that cancellation fees may also apply to changes in the number of guests or tour date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Weather and typhoon cancellations
If we determine that a tour cannot be operated safely due to typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain or sea conditions, LIBRA may cancel the tour.
In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Flight and ferry cancellations
If your flight or ferrie is cancelled and you are unable to travel to Iriomote Island for reasons beyond your control, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please contact us as soon as possible.
